A Quaint Mountain Town
Manitou Springs is one of the most charming towns in all of Colorado. The culture and character of this city are unlike any other area around Colorado Springs. The small-town shops and restaurants along Manitou Avenue attract tourists all year around. It’s known for its mineral springs and mountain landscapes, dominated by soaring Pikes Peak. The Manitou Cliff Dwellings are a group of reassembled ancient cliff structures. Hundreds of steps lead up a steep slope on the Manitou Incline Trail.
Fountain Creek runs right through the heart of town, providing an amazing atmosphere with gentle sounds of running water throughout the day. In the Spring and Summer, the streets are lined with beautiful flowers and weekly community events.
